Introduction Automobiles have been a significant part of human history for centuries. They make a lot of our daily jobs more simple and achievable, such as transportation. However, the impact of internal combustion engines in cars have been causing pollution and releasing chemicals that are permanently changing our environment. It is undeniable that society is addicted to fossil fuel and the only way to change it and keep the perks of technology is to switch to electric power. There are ways to generate electricity through nature, such as capturing energy from the sun, using windmill, and so on. The key is to figure out which renewable resource is most favored by people, so it’ll be easier to build the infrastructure with everyone’s support. Aside, from knowing the renewable resources, it is important for people to get in the habit of not needing fossil fuel. Obviously, a way for people to not use fossil fuel is to not need them in the first place. Switching to electric vehicles wil...

There is a huge crisis going on in our current world dealing with the ways we use energy and how we produce them. According to BP's Statistical Review of World Energy, there are only 55 years until we run out of fossil fuel and less than 200 years until coal is gone. We are in desperate need to find an alternative way to harvest energy that is sustainable and friendly to our environment. The journey to achieve this goal will be hard and we need the most from every person. Therefore it is important to get an idea of what people are thinking about as an alternative to fossil fuel and coal. This way, it'll be easier to know which sector of energy to best invest in. Furthermore, a good reason why gasoline still plays a big role in the lives of everyday people is due to the internal combustion engine. According to multiple sources, transportation is currently responsible for almost 1/3 of all greenhouse gas outputs. Shifting to the electric vehicles is a good way to cut the addictio...

The greatest difference between IMRaD writing and the writings that I have been doing before is research. Despite conducting an interview in one of my previous assignments, as a primary source, the result I got is pretty brief and general. While in IMRaD, the research you conduct has to be way more specific with data presentation. This type of primary research is starting from scratch and it is unlike an interview because all of the thesis has to come from whether the data was accurate. The structure of IMRaD is way more specific than any other writing. This goes from what needs to go in the first sentence all the way to where the graphs and tables need to go. All the details are so many levels higher than any other writings I have done before. However, there are some similarities with APA format, such as the abstract and references. The tone is way more technical in IMRaD than an argument based paper. Results and data speak for themselves in the IMRaD paper and it is harder to giv...

Have you ever took a sip of Pepsi and be surprised that it wasn't Coke? This feeling of unexpected happiness can really be portrayed by this commercial that I'm about to show. *Play Commercial* Now, who is thirsty for some Pepsi? Thesis: In the commercial, Pepsi correlates the fun of playing soccer to drinking Pepsi, and this will help them sell more beverage products during the world cup. They try to achieve this goal through the use of famous soccer players, such as Lionel Messi, kicking soccer ball filled with blue paint, along with exciting music synchronized with the video of Pepsi being poured into a cup. Effectiveness: This ad is effective towards the soccer fans that recognize these world famous soccer players, and anyone who enjoys seeing people have fun. Body 1 - Players Main po...
